NESTLÉ® DELICIAS TRES LECHES FROZEN CAKE

(Makes 12 servings)

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Dulce de Leche (squeezable bottle), divided
  • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 packages (6 ounces each) Maria cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 quart (946 mL) Tres Leches NESTLÉ® Delicias Frozen Dairy Dessert, softened


 
  Instructions  
 
  1. FOLD 3 tablespoons dulce de leche into whipped topping in medium bowl until well blended. Set aside in refrigerator.

  2. COMBINE cookie crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

  3. STIR tres leches dairy dessert until smooth. Pour over prepared crust; spread smooth. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

  4. REMOVE side of pan. Spread whipped topping mixture over top of cake only, not the side. Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon dulce de leche over top; swirl with a wooden pick to create a swirled effect. Serve immediately.
